The following will give you a idea of the pricing during 2021:
Our year is split into three seasons; Spring, Summer and Autumn season.
BOOK WITH US DIRECTLY TO GET A DIRECT BOOKING DISCOUNT
Spring: 12th April – 30th June ~ Midweek (£100, per night), Weekend (£120 per night), Longer stays have a 20% discount on the booking
Summer: 1st July – 31st August ~ Midweek (£120, per night), Weekend (£150 per night), Longer stays have a 20% discount on the booking
Autumn: 1st September – 31st September ~ Midweek (£100, per night), Weekend (£120 per night), Longer stays have a 20% discount on the booking
Prices are based on a per bell tent rate. There is no reduction in price for single occupancy.
Manor Farm Knodishall reserves the right to make any changes to the above prices.
We accept children between the ages of 2 – 18 years free of charge. We can only accept a maximum of two children per booking. Each bell tent has two futon chair beds that can be turned into two single beds. You are welcome to bring your own towels and bed linin for children or if you would like us to provide this it is an additional cost of £10 per child per night.
We accept one well behaved dog per bell tent. For the extra cleaning fees we charge £10 per night for a dog. Dogs must be kept on a lead at all times when on the glampsite and farm. We provide a 3 meter tether lead for your dog.
Arrival and Check-in
Check in is between 4-6pm.
If this time does not suite you please contact Samantha as soon as possible to make other arrangements.
Our check out time is 10.30am.
At the time of booking, a deposit equivalent to 10% of the overall booking (payable either by debit/credit card or bank transfer) is required to secure a reservation.
The balance of your booking will be due 30 days prior to arrival, payable in cash or by debit/credit card. We accept all debit and credit cards but unfortunately do not accept American Express or Diners Club. We do not accept cheques.
If you need to alter or cancel your booking please contact us as soon as possible.
If it is necessary for guests to either alter or cancel their travel arrangements, we will attempt to re-sell the booking. Where this is possible we will refund any deposit already received, less an administration charge of £25 per booking.
We will only retain deposits if we are unable to re-sell your booking slot.
